Hi, I’m Karen — I’m 57, and I’m proud to say I’ve lost 63 pounds thanks to a simple 7-Second Ice Water Routine I do every morning.

After starting my family two decades ago, I struggled constantly with my weight.

The Old Me!

Considering how sedentary I’d become, I guess I shouldn’t have been surprised.

But hearing it said out loud? It terrified me. Especially knowing what my own mother went through… she had part of her foot amputated due to complications just a few years ago. That fear lit a fire in me.

So I started small: cutting portions, skipping snacks, even trying a few workout routines.

But then the world turned upside down. Like so many, I dealt with the stress the only way I knew how: food. Comfort eating became my daily coping mechanism.

Deep down, I knew it was hurting me, but I kept telling myself it was temporary.

Gyms were closed. I hated being watched at the park. What else was I supposed to do?

Then something unexpected happened...
